A system and a method for 3D visualization of breast lesion are provided to correct a distorted location of the lesion through decompressing conversion in consideration of a mammogram of a compressed breast. A system for 3D visualization of breast lesion includes a coordinate extraction unit(30), an y coordinate calculation unit(40), and a lesion location visualization unit(50). The coordinate extraction unit extracts a related coordinate of the lesion from a cranio caudal image and a medio lateral oblique image for a breast obtained from a mammography(10). The y coordinate calculation unit matches a coordinate ratio from a location of the lesion extracted from the coordinate extraction unit and calculates a direction to calculate an actual y coordinate. The lesion location visualization unit visualizes the location of the lesion by using an x coordinate extracted from the coordinate extraction unit and the y coordinate calculated from the y coordination calculation unit.
