A method of producing a powder feed additive by mixing a mixed extract of humic acid and creosote and a mixed powder of biotite and defatted bran is provided to obtain the feed additive which increases immunity against disease, productivity and meat quality when fed to livestock. A powder feed additive is prepared by the steps of: extracting humic acid from humus and mixing creosote to obtain an A extract; mixing biotite and defatted bran to obtain B mixed powder; and mixing the A extract and B mixed powder in a ratio of 2±1:8±1.
