APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING OF TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING VOICE SIGNAL IN A HEADSET

An apparatus and a method for processing a transmitting/receiving voice signal in a headset are provided to improve a quality of service by efficiently removing a noise in the headset. A method for processing a transmitting/receiving voice signal in a headset includes the steps of: receiving first and second input signals from first and second microphone(S301); comparing the received first input signal with the received second input signal(S303); extracting a voice signal having the same intensity in the first and second input signals(S305); separating a signal having a different intensity from the voice signal extracted from the first and second input signals(S307); transmitting the extracted voice signal to a mobile terminal which is communicated with the headset(S309); and controlling an output audio gain according to the separated signal level(S311).
