An eco-friendly rubber composition for diaphragms is provided to realize excellent physical and chemical properties including durability, water resistance and pressure resistance, and to inhibit dissolution of harmful substances from rubber. An eco-friendly rubber composition for diaphragms comprises a vulcanized molded rubber product consisting of: 100 parts by weight of natural rubber as a base material; 55-160 parts by weight of carbon black; 15-40 parts by weight of silica; 2-5 parts by weight of process oil; 0.5-2 parts by weight of zinc oxide; 0.5-1 parts by weight of stearic acid; 1.5-4.5 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent; 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of sulfur as an inorganic vulcanizing agent; 3.5-8.0 parts by weight of an organic peroxide as an organic vulcanizing agent; and 0.07-0.8 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerator. Reinforcing materials are embedded inside the molded rubber product.
