A packing device of a sack of bolts is provided to improve workability and to reduce risk of accidents by increasing operability and reducing operation time considerably. A packing device(1) of a sack of bolts includes a frame(10), a fixing unit, a pressing unit(30), a fixing unit operator, and a lifting drive source unit. The frame is a structure of the packing device. The fixing unit is rotatably installed on the frame and keeps the sack open. The pressing unit presses and supports the fixing unit. The fixing unit operator releases locking of the fixing unit and rotates the fixing unit from a horizontal position to a vertical position. The lifting drive source unit lifts the rotated sack down.
