A pressure control valve and an electronically controllable power steering apparatus having the same are provided to facilitate the manufacturing process and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the pressure control valve by reducing the number of components thereof. A pressure control valve(300) comprises a valve body(305) having an outlet port(326) formed at the outer peripheral surface thereof, a solenoid(310) having a rod (315), which open/closes an outlet port while vertically reciprocating in a path(337) of the valve body, and a valve housing(320). The valve housing includes a discharging path(325), into which the valve body is inserted and communicating with the outlet port at the one side of the valve housing, and a reaction force path(327) and a supply path(323), which are communicated with the path formed on the bottom of the valve body.
