A support structure of a handle shaft of a dual bearing reel is provided to support a handle shaft with a one-way clutch of a roller shape and to restrain the increase in the cost. A support structure of a handle shaft of a dual bearing reel includes a rotation support member(7c), an outer wheel(89a), an inner wheel(89b), a one-way clutch(89) of a roller shape and a couple of seal members(91). The rotation support member is detachably fixed on the reel body. The outer wheel is connected to the inner circumference of the rotation support member in a non-rotatable manner. The inner wheel is disposed on the outer circumference of the handle shaft, and is rotatably connected to the handle shaft. The one-way clutch has an electric body(89c) disposed between the outer and inner wheels.
