A series power capacitor device operating independently of intrinsic resistor variation is provided to remove power noise of a voltage inputted to a semiconductor device and to prevent damage of power capacitors of the noise removing circuit with a noise removing circuit stabilization unit. A series power capacitor device(100) includes a noise removing circuit(110) and a noise removing circuit stabilization unit(120). The noise removing circuit removes power noise. The noise removing circuit stabilization unit stabilizes the noise removing circuit and stably operates the noise removing circuit independently of intrinsic resistor variation of the noise removing circuit. The noise removing circuit includes a plurality of power capacitors(C1,C2) connected in series between a power voltage and a ground voltage. The noise removing circuit stabilization unit includes a plurality of resistors(R1,R2) connected in series between the power voltage and the ground voltage.
