An olefin thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure an excellent injection moldability in double injection and flexibility of soft texture by controlling the crosslinking degree and imparting high flow property, so that the olefinic thermoplastic resin composition can be used as a top ceiling material such as door trim panel, instrument panel as well as arm rest. An olefinic thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of base resin composition comprising (A) 5-50 wt% of polypropylene resin, (B) 5-50 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer, (C) 10-60 wt% of processing oil and (D) 1-30 wt% of an organic filler, and further (E) 0.02-5 parts by weight of an organic peroxide-based crosslinking agent,(F) 0.1-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking aid, and (G) 0.01-5 parts by weight of scratch resistance additives.
