A protector for a wire harness is provided to easily assemble a lower cover with an upper cover or disassemble the lower cover from the upper cover by using a fixing member which fastens locking members provided between the lower cover and the upper cover. A protector(100) for a wire harness comprises a lower cover(110), on which the wire harness is mounted, and an upper cover(120) combined with the lower cover to protect the wire harness. Locking members(130) are provided between the lower cover and the upper cover. Fixing members(140) are coupled with the locking members to prevent the lower cover from being separated from the upper cover. Each locking member includes a protrusion(132) and a bending section(134) so that the locking member has an L shape.
