An inspecting device is provided to improve reliability and reliability of measurement of a normal force of a display device and achieve a standardization. A support bracket(123) is combined with the support stand and support the pressing member such that the pressing member can ascend or descend. A sensor(140) is provided at the pressing member to detect a pressing force for pressing one side of the display body with respect to a support unit(120). The support bracket includes a reversal preventing member(113) that prevents the display body from being reversed when the pressing member presses the display body. A controller(150) controls the pressing force that presses the sensor. A display unit(160) displays the result obtained by controlling the pressing force or the detection result.
