A feeder of food receptacles using vacuum in an inspection process is provided to increase feeding efficiency of the food receptacles by reducing pressure gradually with two thin separators installed inside a drum. A feeder of food receptacles using vacuum in an inspection process includes a rotary unit, a drum unit(20), and a pipe unit(30). The rotary unit includes a sucking roller(11), a vacuum shaft(12), and sucking nozzles(111). The sucking roller is coupled to the vacuum shaft and rotates powered by a motor(14). The sucking nozzles are coupled to the sucking roller, rotate with the food receptacles absorbed from the pipe unit, and release the food receptacles on a conveyor belt. The drum unit includes the conveyor belt, suction holes, a suction drum(23), and two separators(25). The suction holes are formed on a center of the conveyor belt zigzag. The separators are formed on a wall of the suction drum having a half the height of the suction drum for forming vacuum gradually.
