A manufacturing method of the surface of a leather sheet using waste leather pieces is provided to obtain a leather sheet of high-quality by processing coating layers, patterns and colors on the surface of a leather sheet. A manufacturing method of the surface of a leather sheet using waste leather pieces includes: (10) a first coating step of the surface of a leather sheet of making a coating layer having a thickness of 0.1 mm on the surface of the leather sheet and then drying/cooling the coating layer; (20) a second coating step of the surface of a leather sheet; (30) a third coating step of the surface of a leather sheet; (40) a step of forming a pattern of a coating layer of pre-heating the coating layer up to a temperature of 500-600deg.C and then forming embossing shape on the pre-heated coating layer; and (50) a printing step of a coating layer.
