An electro-conductive floor material using a polymeric electro-conductive plasticizer and a process for preparing the same are provided to improve plasticity and conductivity without migration matters. An electro-conductive floor material using a polymeric electro-conductive plasticizer comprises a conductive surface layer(1), a conductive intermediate layer(2), and a conductive bottom layer(3). The electro-conductive floor includes more than one conductive layer containing a polymer polyester based conductive plasticizer. The molecular weight of the polymer polyester based conductive plasticizer ranges from 800 to 3000.
