A PREPARING METHOD FOR 2-AMINO-N-DODECYLACETAMIDE USING MICROWAVE

A method for preparing 2-amino-N-dodecylacetamide using microwaves is provided to increase the yield by allowing reactants to emit heat spontaneously by microwaves infiltrating into the reactants, and to improve the productivity by decreasing the reaction time and increasing the energy efficiency. A method for preparing 2-amino-N-dodecylacetamide using microwaves comprises the steps of: (G1) irradiating microwaves to reactants formed of glycine(a) and phthalic anhydride(b) to form 2-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)acetic acid(compound 1); (G2) adding SOCl2 to compound 1 to form 2-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)acetchloride(compound 2); (G3) reacting compound 2 with dodecylamine to obtain N-dodecyl-2-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)acetamide (compound 3), and gelling compound 3 by using distilled water to purify and separate compound 3; and (G4) adding ethanol and NH2NH2 to compound 3 and carrying out reaction under heating to obtain 2-amino-N-dodecylacetamide(compound 4).
