The invention relates to farm equipment, including methods for growing and keeping poultry and devices for carrying out thereof. A method includes alternating varying-intensity light periods and darkness ones during the day reducing the total duration of a light period, while growing young animals, outer air supply into a premise, reducing the volumes of air being supplied in the darkness periods and periods of lowered lighting intensity, while keeping poultry after the 8-week age, if the air temperature does not exceed +26 °С. From the 2-week age and up to the end of keeping the poultry no less than 2 hours per day the level of illumination intensity in a premise is kept within the ranges of 15...7 lx, and in the rest of the time of a light period after the 4-week age of the poultry and up to the end of keeping thereof the level of illumination intensity is kept within the ranges of 10...4 lx. Starting from the 8 week age of the poultry, supplying the outer air is regulated proportionally to the illumination intensity and air temperature in a premise within the ranges of reduced air exchange in darkness periods by 25...35% from the standardized level for the given age, a poultry species and time of year to the standardized level for these conditions in periods of the highest level of illumination intensity therein. A device for carrying out the method described includes a system of lighting a premise as at least one ligting device with a source of light in the visible-light spectrum which sets the field of infrared radiation, a regulator of alternating current voltage connected with a power main of alternating current transfer and a system of lighting the premise, a system of ventilating the premise as at least one fan with an asynchronous motor, an alternating current voltage regulator connected with the power main of alternating current transfer and the system of ventilating the premise. The regulator has a sensors unit and two temperature sensors connected therewith in an extreme case, one of which is disposed directly in the area where the poultry is arranged and the other in the field of infrared radiation of a source of light of one of lighting units of the premise. |
