A device for unloading weight of tubing strings relates to oil-and-gas industry, in particular to well equipment for wells with increased content of aggressive components in those. Improvement of the device for unloading weight of tubing string is performed due to design of construction of lower part of the body, valve seat, fixation element for fixation of clamp to the body and equipping valve cone with destructive chamber, and compression strings – with cylindrical restriction cups.
