Infrared gas analyzer includes optically connected source of radiation, multi-pass system as integrating sphere with inner coating made of aluminum or silver, optical input and output are placed at different axles that do not go through center of sphere, openings for filling inner cavity of integrating sphere with gas being analyzed, light filter and receiver of radiation. As inner coating of integrating sphere two-layer interferential coating made of АlОand AlSis used. System is included for gas pumping, this is connected to output opening of integrating sphere. |
