METHOD FOR PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF SPORTSMAN, PREDOMINANTLY SWIMMER, AFTER ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISEASE

A method for the physical rehabilitation of sportsman, predominantly swimmer, after the acute respiratory disease comprises the veloergometric test, the detection of the individual tolerance threshold to the physical exercises of the specified exercise intensity judging by the arterial blood pressure and the heart rate taking into account the age. Then 10-12 training sessions using bicycle training device are performed in the setting of the graduated exercises. The individual threshold to the physical exercises is regarded as the tolerable one when upon increasing exercise intensity by 1 W/kg of body mass each 2 min, the heart rate does not exceed the difference "220 minus age" and the arterial blood pressure does not exceed 240/120 mm Hg.
