A ball mandrel of reverse action is made in the form of a mounting with shank, hard-alloy burnishing elements in the form of balls and a separator. On the working part of the mounting along its length protrusions and cavities of conical form are evenly made, into which hard-alloy balls are installed, which are in interaction with the openings of separator, which are made in such a way that in the left end position of the separator of ball at interaction with conical protrusions of working part of mounting of mandrel they are located in such a way that each next ball is installed higher than previous one for the value of lifting for one ball, and in right end position of the separator of ball, at interaction with conical protrusions of the working part of mounting, they are located similarly with set value of lifting for one ball, in addition to this the working part of the mounting from both sides is terminated with splined cavities, which are in interaction with splined protrusions of separator with possibility of its axial displacement. |
