The invention concerns heat-power engineering, in particular sprayers for dispersion and cooling of liquid, and can be used, for example, in water-cooling towers, and also at other industrial sites, where dispersion and cooling of water or another liquid is required. A centrifugal atomizer contains a chamber with side wall, a tangential inlet channel and a nozzle for discharge of liquid made from truncated cone connected with the cylinder, in this case the truncated cone is installed first on the motion of discharge of liquid and is connected with the smaller basis of additional truncated cone, which large basis is connected with the lateral chamber wall. The internal surface of lateral chamber wall in vertical section is curvilinear. Radius R of the curvature of internal surface of lateral chamber wall of nozzle makes 1.0-4.0 of radii r of the outlet of tangential inlet channel. The chamber is equipped with additional nozzle for discharge of liquid, which area is equal to the area of the first one and which is located opposite to it. |
