A method for diagnosing the vertebrobasilary insufficiency in the headache comprises the ultrasonography of the vertebral arteries and the collaterals between the vertebral veins, the veins of the anterior and posterior, deep and superficial plexuses of the cervical vertebrae. The examination is performed in supine, vertical, and sitting positions, with the head positioned right, to the left, or to the right, with the arms up or down. |
