A conveyor microwave installation comprises a working chamber with a product pipeline, a product conveyer line, inlet and outlet pipes, a microwave module located above the product pipeline, which comprises a magnetron, a wave guide and an antenna radiator. Interior volume of a working chamber is made moistureproof relatively to surroundings and processed product. The product pipeline is made from radio transparent material as a moistureproof pipe line. The product conveyer is located in the outlet pipeline and made as a conveyer screw being such length that metal plates end turned to working chamber is located outside the radiation aria. Inlet and outlet pipes are made from radiotransparent material as out-of-range waveguides with length providing maximal extinction of electromagnetic emission to the level that do not exceed sanitary norms for maintenance personnel. |
