APPARATUS FOR GUI WIDGET USING LAYOUT STRUCTURE AND METHOD THEREOF

A device for forming a GUI(Graphic User Interface) widget with a layout structure and an operating method thereof are provided to realize the GUI widget efficiently and flexibly at a low cost by providing various kinds of animations including an array of respective graphic objects to variously change a layout or the animation according to a user interface scenario. An animation table(310) stores animation information of each object class to define property of a layout. A destination table(320) stores layout information. A current item ID(330) represents a characteristic value of the layout. A moving step(340) is related to an execution operation of a layout array. An execution mapping table(350) maps various kinds of a user. The execution mapping table includes a table for executing scrolling-up/down and focus-up/down.
