TECHNIQUE OF TSESHYNSKY-VIDMAN-NEIMAN SURGERY FOR TREATMENT OF GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS MODIFIED BY V. PIURYK

摘要

A modified technique of Tseshynsky-Vidman-Neiman surgery for the treatment of the generalized periodontitis consists in the excision of the internal lining of the dentogingival recess sparing the architectonics of the gingival edge (the cuts are made at the angle of 30°), the horizontal cut of periosteum, the application of the mixture of allogenic bone marrow and the collagenous sponge at a 1:1 ratio to the bone recesses and the ridge of the alveolar process. Then the mucous-periosteal flap is placed to the intended site raising or lowering the generated gingival edge to the level of the anatomical necks of the teeth fixing is with the sutures in each interdental space.
