A semiconductor laser diode chip is provided to improve an oscillation efficiency of a laser diode by adjusting an optical axis of the light, which is emitted from plural waveguides. Plural waveguides(2) are formed on a single semiconductor laser diode chip(1). The laser beams from the respective laser diodes are emitted to outside. At least two waveguides are formed, such that optical axes of the emitted laser beams have different slant angles from a perpendicular line on a horizontal cross-section(C) of the semiconductor laser diode chip. |
