<p>An apparatus, and method, for regeneration to an edible oil of fresher condition through lowering of the degree of oxidation of rancid edible oil. There is provided an edible oil regenerating apparatus comprising an air processor unit including a first air flow channel having an inlet and an outlet and structured so as to allow passage of air between magnets approached to each other with opposite magnetic poles disposed in opposed relationship and a second air flow channel connected to the outlet of the first air flow channel and equipped thereinside with a far infrared ray emitting member; a pump for pressure feeding of air into the inlet of the first air flow channel of the air processor unit; a tube connected to an outlet of the second air flow channel of the air processor unit; and one or more air blowout openings disposed at a distal end of the tube. Further, there is provided a method characterized in that the air from the apparatus is brought into contact with rancid edible oil as a treatment object.</p> |
