A method for express assay of the sexually transmitted infections in the persons detained in the penitentiary institutions comprises pre-assay consultation and the assay itself. For the assay, the sample of the whole blood is taken by scarification and 1-2 drops are added to the window of the assay cassette, then immediately 2-3 drops of the washing solution are added. The appearance of tow stained bands, red-rose and red, is indicative of the presence of the antibodies suggesting the sexually transmitted infections. If only one red band in the control area is evident, the assay is negative. |
