A punching die contains upper plate and lower one. On the upper plate there are installed a clamp with punches, a punch holder enclosing them, and an elastic element located between the punch holder and clamp, and also guiding pins. On the lower plate supports are installed, with lower housing located on them and rigidly connected with bracket with variable matrix, and also guiding bushes. The clamp is made with protrusions, which by their configuration repeat the profile of billet, and elastic element is made from parts. |
