The invention proposes a semi-conducting photodetector, which comprises rectifier contacts. At the lighting side it is located four translucent electrodes makingrectifier contacts with semiconductor that are not electrically connected one with another and separated with gaps. In the center of the photo detector electrodes are equidistant one from another. From the inside of the semiconductor an ohmic contact is located.
