<p>An electrical appliance (100) comprises a digital control system (SC), configured for enabling the performance of a plurality of pre-determined basic functionalities, and an auxiliary device (200) comprises means (PM, 230-231) for acquiring and/or processing auxiliary information. The electrical appliance (100) and the auxiliary device (200) moreover comprise respective communication means (270), for setting up between them communication of data. The control system (SC) of the electrical appliance (100) is prearranged for enabling execution of a Dynamic Demand Control or DDC function, being additional with respect to the basic functionalities. The control means (MC2) of the auxiliary device (200) are pre-arranged for processing and/or acquiring via the first means (PM, 230-231) information concerning variations of mains frequency being significant for the execution of said DDC function, and to communicate this information to the control system (SC) of the electrical appliance (100).</p> |
