A device of measuring the deflection of a crank shaft is provided to improve the receiving sensitivity of measured data and reduce the weight. A device of measuring the deflection of a crank shaft includes a case, a measuring module, a measuring unit controller, and a measuring unit wireless communication module. The case is made of plastic. An upper case(120a) and a lower case(120b) are coupled with each other. A coupling rib(126) is formed on a frame of the upper case. A coupling slot(127) is formed on a frame of the lower case. The coupling rib is inserted into the coupling slot, so that the upper and lower cases are coupled to each other. The connection of the upper and lower cases maintains external air tightness.
