PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more proper information related to a processing speed in each processor executing service, while being customized for each user. SOLUTION: A time having been spent for processing is transmitted from a server computer to a calculation server. A time until requirement suspension of the processing after a requirement start of the processing to the server computer from a personal computer is transmitted to the calculation server associatively to an account number. A communication time required for transmission/reception of information between the personal computer and the server computer is transmitted to the calculation server. The calculation server calculates a response time based on the time having been spent for the processing by each server computer in each processor. The calculation server calculates a permission time based on the time to the requirement suspension from the requirement start corresponding to the account number. The calculation server calculates the information related to the processing speed to each processor in each piece of identification information based on the permission time corresponding to the account number, the response time, and the communication time.
