PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber mixing ratio testing method of organic fiber mixed concrete capable of accurately confirming the mixing ratio of an organic fiber with respect to fresh concrete mixed with the organic fiber. SOLUTION: In the method for confirming the mixing ratio of the organic fiber S4 of the fresh concrete mixed with the organic fiber S4, a predetermined amount of the sampled fresh concrete is transferred to a coarse aggregate removing screen while allowing water to flow in the screen not only to screen coarse aggregate but also to house the organic fiber S4, fine aggregate S2 and cement component S3 passed through the coarse aggregate removing screen along with water in a washing container 3. The supernatant water W1 wherein the organic fiber S4 is floated obtained by sedimenting the fine aggregate S2 and the cement component S3 in the washing container 3 is allowed to flow in a fiber collecting screen to separate and collect the organic fiber S4 by the fiber collecting screen.
