摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone management system that is used when a user browsing a website desires to have a conversation on a telephone in-between an operator. SOLUTION: The telephone management system is composed as follows. A server is capable of transmitting/receiving information in-between a user terminal utilized by a user. A telephone controller can be line-connected with a user telephone utilized by a user and an operator telephone utilized by an operator. The server has a telephone number receiving part, a dialing command part, and a dialing result receiving part. The dialing command part extracts a dialing command, stored while including waiting information in the dialing result, and information on a telephone number of the user telephone, which corresponds to the dialing command, at prescribed timing regarding the dialing commands stored in a dialing history storage part and transmits the dialing command again to the telephone controller.
