PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage given to a network by a virus. SOLUTION: When the definition of a new virus is added to a virus definition file, e-mail information to be stored into a mail server is inspected to specify new virus-attached e-mail being e-mail with the new virus attached thereto, account information of the specified new virus-attached e-mail is acquired, and terminal specification information of a terminal that has made a distribution request for the new virus-attached e-mail is extracted as new virus-infected terminal specification information by referring to the acquired account information and distribution request history obtained by making the distribution request from a terminal stored in the mail server correspond to terminal specification information being information for specifying the terminal.
