PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating roofing material which enhances a construction function, a waterproof function, a heat-insulating function, a dew proof function, etc. SOLUTION: In a metal roofing material B, male and female connecting structures are formed at upper and lower ends, respectively; a folded piece 15 is formed at one horizontal edge by folding back an end inward; a lower connecting portion 14, where a protrusion 18 protruding in an inclined manner to the downstream side of the center of a decorative surface 4 from an upstream side thereof is formed, is formed on the decorative surface 4 in an outside lateral position with respect to a leading end of the folded piece 15; an upper connecting portion 19 is formed at the other edge by protruding an end outward longer than the lower connecting portion 14; and a packing material E is formed on the front side of the folded piece 15 of the lower connecting portion 14, or on the backside of the upper connecting portion 19. In the heat-insulating roofing material A, a heat-insulating material C is formed on the backside 5, except the upper connecting portion 19, of the metal roofing material B.
