PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings which are equipped with excellent interior beauty and easiness of maintenance along with heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: The fittings comprise a frame body which is provided in an opening opened on interior and exterior sides, a face material which is fixed to the inside of the frame body, and a cover member which is detachably attached to the frame body and positioned on the indoor side with respect to the face material. The frame body comprises an interior metal portion, an exterior metal portion, and a heat insulating member for connecting these portions together.
