PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner which dissolves the difference between a target blowing-off temperature and a blowing-off temperature by the heat loss of air for blowing-off accompanied by the passing of a duct in a short period of time. SOLUTION: When an air conditioner 12 is driven, the target blowing-off temperature is set based on an operational condition and an environmental condition by an air conditioner ECU54 and an air mix damper 46 is made to be an opening degree S corresponding to it. and the blowing-off of air into a cabin with a predetermined air amount is started. In the air conditioner ECU54, a present duct heat amount is obtained from a duct initial surface temperature and a duct heat amount after a unit time is obtained from the sum of the present duct heat amount and present blowing-off heat amount per a unit time and the correction amount of the target blowing-off temperature based on the duct heat amount after the unit time is obtained and is corrected to the target blowing-off temperature containing a heat amount corresponding to a heat loss amount by the duct. The air mix damper is adjusted to an opening degree corresponding to the corrected target blowing-off temperature, so that the difference between the blowing-off temperature to the cabin and an original target blowing-off temperature is dissolved in a short period of time.
