PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle capable of allowing a seated person to take a comfortable seating posture when a seatback is turned. SOLUTION: A turning shaft 28 and a second turning shaft 30 are provided on a seat cushion 14 and a seatback 16, respectively, and connected to each other by a second lower arm 32. The seat cushion 14 is divided into a seat cushion front part 14F and a seat cushion rear part 14R at a position behind the first turning shaft 28. During a reclining mode or the like, the seatback 16 is turned around the first turning shaft 28, relative movement between a seated person 90 and the seatback 16 can be suppressed thereby, and the seated person 90 can take a comfortable seating posture.
