PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the demoldability of a minute molding mold in order to transfer/mold minute unevenness high in aspect ratio. SOLUTION: The minute molding mold for molding a negative type photosensitive film to be molded has a molding surface having a projection 161, a light transmitting part ranging from the back of the molding surface to the molding surface, and a shading part forming a projection region which includes the tip of the projection and protrudes from the tip of the projection in the negative type photosensitive film to be molded.
