PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase alignment tool reducing assembly cost. SOLUTION: The phase alignment tool aligns phases of a reverse gear and an idle gear such that a transmission including a transmission body equipped with a reverse gear and a transmission case equipped with an idle gear, are assembled by a two-arm robot. The phase alignment tool includes a base portion 61, a connection portion 63 which is connectable to hands of the two-arm robot and an oscillation mechanism 62 which oscillates a pin 621 by the power supplied through the connection portion 63 from the two-hand robot.
