PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic oscillation block capable of transmitting ultrasonic oscillation with high efficiency by controlling the external outflow of an adhesive for bonding an ultrasonic oscillator to a horn, and to provide a skin caring device equipped with the block. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic oscillation block 1 is equipped with the ultrasonic oscillator 4 for producing ultrasonic oscillation, the horn 5 having an ultrasonic transmission surface 10 for transmitting an ultrasonic wave to a connection surface 9 to which the ultrasonic oscillator 4 and a target place. A recessed groove 12 having a predetermined shape conforming to the contour of the ultrasonic oscillator 4 is formed to the horn 5 as an adhesive outflow preventing part 11 for preventing the outflow of the adhesive 6 interposed between the connection surface 9 and the ultrasonic oscillator 4.
