PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized mounting structure, not increasing the space for wiring cable in loading electric parts for achieving high function. SOLUTION: This stacked mounting structure includes at least two members: a first substrate 101a where a first electrode 102a is formed on the surface thereof; and a second substrate 101b where a second electrode 102b is formed on the surface opposite to the first substrate 101a, and an intermediate substrate 103 installed between the first substrate 101a and the second substrate 101b to connect the first substrate 101a and the second substrate 101b to each other with a predetermined clearance gap between them, wherein an image pickup element 104 as a packaging part is disposed in the clearance gap between the first substrate 101a and the second substrate 101b, and at least one member of the first substrate 101a, the second substrate 101b and the intermediate substrate 103 has an optical function region.
