PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stored game medium management device which can dispense game media at a plurality of lending rates and be efficiently adapted to various business modes of a game parlor when game balls lent out at different lending rates are permitted to store and the stored game balls are permitted to use. SOLUTION: The stored ball management section 55a of a stored ball management device 50 manages the number of the stored balls of each player using a stored ball managing table 54a which manages a¥4 stored ball account and a¥1 stored ball account by coordinating with a member card ID, and establishes and processes the stored ball using condition for each lending rates by a premium exchange setting section 55b.
