PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation method using a vehicle for fresh products, increasing a quantity of fresh products storable in a heat insulating chamber, and transporting fresh products efficiently at a low cost while preserving in an ideal environment. SOLUTION: This transportation method using a vehicle for fresh products comprises filling fresh products in a packing box 50, and holding the packing box 50 in a vehicle heat insulating chamber 10 having a cooler 20 followed by transporting. Furthermore, the vehicle transportation method comprises setting a humidifier 30 in the heat insulating chamber 10, cooling to a fixed temperature with the cooler 20 while controlling humidity of the heat insulating chamber 10, and using a water repellent corrugated board box 50A for the packing box 50. The water repellent corrugated board box 50A is a corrugated board which is made by sticking a liner 52B on both the surfaces of a central core 52A not to be subjected to water repellency treatment, and is obtained by bringing a water repellent corrugated board 52 which has a surface subjected to water repellency treatment, and a cut face not subjected to water repellency treatment to a box form of a structure allowing to ventilate air in the heat insulating chamber 10 to the inside. In more details, the vehicle transportation method comprises ventilating cooled humidified air in the heat insulating chamber 10 to the inside of the water repellent corrugated board box 50A, and packing fresh products in the packing box 50 while controlling temperature and humidity inside, and transporting the packing box.
