<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrowetting device, with which liquid pollution and contamination of foreign matters can be prevented and workability of liquid injection can also be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: A container 18 having a liquid inlet port 27A and a liquid exhaust 27B are prepared, a first liquid 11 is introduced from the liquid inlet port 27A to fill the inside of the container 18 with the 1st liquid 11 and then a second liquid 12 is introduced from the liquid inlet port 27A to form a lens element 13 having an interface 13A of a prescribed shape inside the container 18. As a result, the second liquid 12 can be injected into, without contaminating the first liquid 11 which is introduced, in advance. Furthermore, since two liquid injection, working inside the container 18, can be carried out efficiently, workability and productivity can be improved. Moreover, even if foreign matters, such as dirt and air bubbles, are mixed in the container 18, they can be easily discharged from the liquid exhaust 27B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
