<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for identifying a train or a vehicle in which a passenger gets in, and to achieve boarding certification by using the provided information. <P>SOLUTION: When the operation of a train 991 is stopped or delayed, a passenger holds a portable telephone set 200 carried by himself or herself on a communication terminal 100 installed in a train 991. When detecting the portable telephone set 200 in a radio communication range, the communication terminal 100 acquires a train number, vehicle number and the location information of the train 991 from an in-train device 300, and transmits the train number, the vehicle number, the location information and communication time of the train 991 as boarding certification information to the portable telephone set 200. Then, the passenger transmits boarding certification information to a Web server 600 by using the portable telephone set 200. A Web server 600 acquires the location of the train 991 at the communication time by making an inquiry to a ground system device 500 based on the boarding certification information, and decides whether or not the location information of the train 991 shown by the boarding certification information is correct, and issues an electronic certificate to the portable telephone set 200 when it is decided that the location information of the train 991 is correct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
