<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a deinked waste paper pulp having high quality by remarkably decreasing the dirt of a deinked pulp produced from a printed waste paper including a part of particular acid-free newspaper having poor deinkability. <P>SOLUTION: The process of pulping a waste paper by a facility to produce a high-whiteness deinked pulp includes a combination of a defibration step of defibrating a printed waste paper, a screening step of removing dust from the defibrated product, a flotation step of deinking treatment, a bleaching step of bleaching and soaking treatment, a kneading step of dispersion treatment, and a washing step of washing the product. The kneading step is composed of three stages, at least one stage is a high-temperature treatment at 95-130°C by a disk-type dispersion machine, and the floatation deinking treatment is carried out after the three-stages of kneading treatment.
