<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture disposable pull-up type diapers capable of easily matching positions of a pocket for storing the excrement, the external genital organ and the anus. <P>SOLUTION: A diaper base body comprising a crotch part, a front waistline part and a rear waistline part continues in the cross direction of a first web 201, which is continuously fed in the machine direction MD. A sheet-like material for forming a pocket, into which the excrement flows, is attached to the inner side of the crotch part of the diaper base body, and continues in the cross direction of a second web. The second web is continuously fed the machine direction MD, and the second web is folded in the crossing direction CD. Edges of the folded second web are partially jointed to each other at the same pitch as the width of the diaper base body to obtain a third web 203 with the joint part 135. The third composite web forms a joint area along a section line 151 extending in the crossing direction CD to make a fourth composite web.
